I began blogging in May 2014, looking at the world of today, knowing a little about all these can help a great deal. I’m Fatima Yakubu, living in Lagos state Nigeria. I love cooking and to explore. After having a few months of training on nutrition and also looking at the statistic of death in the region of chronic disease in Nigeria and even the world. I would be glad to remind you of the need to make change on healthy living and lifestyle for a longer life. I strive to live an active healthy life style and I’m so passionate about eating real food, though I go off the rule sometimes as I must confess it’s not so easy.
