Before now, I felt the water inside of coconut was never to be taken. Even much younger, friends would say to us- if you don’t want to be dull, don’t take coconut water. Now I know how important the water is and I should not miss it for anything. I hardly buy coconut though but anytime I do, I make sure I enjoy every bit of it, especially the water inside.
