Before now, I felt the water inside of coconut was never to be taken. Even much younger, friends would say to us- if you don’t want to be dull, don’t take coconut water. Now I know how important the water is and I should not miss it for anything. I hardly buy coconut though but anytime I do, I make sure I enjoy every bit of it, especially the water inside.

When searching for the perfect fresh coconut to enjoy, be sure to stay clear of those that have a hard brown shell as this is an indication that it is mature. Instead, look for those that are young and green on the exterior as they usually contain a large supply of the actual coconut water substance. To test it out, simply shake the coconut up and down to weigh how much liquid it contains.

For a lot of reason’s you need to make coconut water a part of your diet. 5 Things You MUST NEVER DO To Lose Weight



1. All Forms of Purging can be dangerous to your health: Eating and drinking healthfully is a much safer weight loss approach. Acid in the stomach is extremely strong and is needed to prepare food for digestion and absorption. The more you purge, the more you get rid of it. Now I know better! Only two things can kill a man (Accident or chronic disease) and the choice depends on you as an individual. A Nigerian ex information minister and Former Director General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Professor Dora Akunyili, is dead. She died of an undisclosed ailment and was aged 59. This could be anyone.

Your diet define to a large extent your health, growth and development. Risk behaviors’ like the use of tobacco and physical inactivity are some of the causes of chronic diseases, please modify your lifestyle result for better and not for worse. All this would continue to take place unless active measures are taken to make your environment a health-promoting one.

You should not wait until your health is failing before you act, NOW is the only time you have. Be wise!
