Now I know better! Only
two things can kill a man (Accident or chronic disease) and the choice depends
on you as an individual. A Nigerian ex information minister and Former Director
General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control
(NAFDAC), Professor Dora Akunyili, is dead. She died of an
undisclosed ailment and was aged 59. This could be anyone.
Your diet define to a
large extent your health, growth and development. Risk behaviors’ like the use
of tobacco and physical inactivity are some of the causes of chronic diseases, please
modify your lifestyle result for better and not for worse. All this would
continue to take place unless active measures are taken to make your
environment a health-promoting one.
You should not wait
until your health is failing before you act, NOW is the only time you have. Be wise!
