Recipe: Garden egg plant and fish sauce



 
Ingredient:

Fresh garden egg plant
Palm oil
Water
Maggi
Salt
Cray fish
Pepper
Tomatoes
Fish


Direction:
Boil your garden eggs for 10mins, slice your pepper, tomatoes and onions together then put your pan on the fire. Add palm oil and allow heating for 3 minutes, adding the sliced ingredient in a low heat. 

Blend your boiled garden eggs until smooth, add to the boiling sauce, add your fish, crayfish, salt and maggi to taste and allow cooking for some more minutes and its ready to eat with yam, plantain or cocoyam.

SO EASY, WHY NOT TRY THIS!
