#9 Daily MUST do for healthy weight


Having a healthy weight is a thing of choice but information is key. Below are my nine daily MUST do to maintain a healthy weight, and for only those who care so much for good health.
  1.  Get spiritual (Daily prayers).
  2.  Drink at least 2 cups of water first thing in the morning and more water as the day run out. When it gets to 6pm please reduce the intake of water, this will help you sleep much better (instead of waking to urinate at night).
  3. Eat a healthy breakfast and the best time to eat breakfast is one hour from when you wake up. (Means you should not skip breakfast for any reason. 
  4. Eat at least 4 different kinds of fruits and 3 different kinds of vegetable.
  5. Engage in some form of exercise. A concise physical activity.
  6.  Laugh and cry – expressing your emotions appropriately. Plus ask for assistance if you have to.
  7. Hang out with positive people.
  8. Cut down on sugar intake and watch your cholesterol.
  9. Have a proper night rest, as rest heals the body of stress.
