I have put below a healthy meal table for you, please take
note to include fruits and vegetable in your menu, fruit to be taken before
meal or in empty stomach (not the opposite of what we do in Naija…lol). *Water
melon to be consumed separately because whenever you eat other fruits with
water melon, it converts their nutrient to its own. Don't forget to include soya beans and drink lots of water.
Oatmeal has soluble fiber, which acts like a broom to sweep
out the dirt in your digestive system that’s left behind by junk food. Best
taken for breakfast.
