Did You Know You Should Take:
  • 2 glass of water after waking up in the morning, it will help activate internal organs.
  • 1 glass of water before taking a shower, it will help lower blood pressure.
  • 1 glass of water 30 minutes before any meal, it will aid digestion.
  • 1 glass of water before going to bed, it will help avoid stroke or heart attack.
  • 1 glass of water before and after a workout.
  • 1 or more glass of water when you are ill.
  • 1 or more glass of water whenever you feel tired.
